Our Salsa Style & Class Levels

The main style of Salsa we teach is Cuban Style Salsa and Rueda. All our regular weekly Salsa Classes start with a warm -up which includes body movement, footwork and timing. We then progress to partner work. In the intermediate and advanced levels we teach partner work and Rueda.
